Cancellation Policy

My New Body Obesity Center

Dear Valued Patient,

At My New Body Obesity Center, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation of scheduled appointments or procedures. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellation Period: Any bariatric procedure scheduled at My New Body Obesity Center may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your appointment slot for the bariatric procedure. This deposit will be applied to the overall cost of the procedure. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled procedure, the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
  3. Cancellation Process: To cancel a scheduled bariatric procedure, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the $500 deposit.
  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your bariatric procedure, we will make every effort to accommodate your request without additional charges, provided that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances: My New Body Obesity Center understands that certain exceptional circumstances may necessitate last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we encourage you to contact our office promptly to discuss your situation.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can provide the best possible care to all our patients.
