At My New Body Obesity Center, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation of scheduled appointments or procedures. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy outlined below:<\/p>\n

  • Cancellation Period:<\/strong> Any bariatric procedure scheduled at My New Body Obesity Center may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.<\/li>\n

  • Cancellation Process:<\/strong> To cancel a scheduled bariatric procedure, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the $500 deposit.<\/li>\n
  • Rescheduling:<\/strong> If you need to reschedule your bariatric procedure, we will make every effort to accommodate your request without additional charges, provided that you provide at least 24 hours\u2019 notice.<\/li>\n
  • Exceptional Circumstances:<\/strong> My New Body Obesity Center understands that certain exceptional circumstances may necessitate last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we encourage you to contact our office promptly to discuss your situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
